HRT-21
is the next generation multi channel (30,60,120) wireless transmission
equipment, featuring FH/SS and OFDM to provide high quality radio
transmission capability for tactical users.
HRT-21 is the digital equipment suited for such high-speed applications as
C4I and M-ISDN. Order-wire function is provided not only for initial set-up
but also for emergency call. Both stand-alone and tandem operation is
possible.
A variety of transmission rates are available from 256 kbps to 8192 kbps
and transmission rates can be enhanced to 16,384 kbps.
HRT-21 operates in NATO Band III (1350 to 1850 MHz).
Time
orthogonal frequency hopping method can be adopted using GSP to reduce
mutual interference among HRT-21's operating within the same region. Other
types of operation like non-orthogonal FH, full band FH, and half band FH,
are also available.
Another unique feature is that HRT-21 can exchange command
command and control data with the network
management equipment of tactical communication system. The data includes
frequency assignment information commands from the network, and self-diagnosis
outcome and geographic location data to network. |
